healthy foods are foods that contain substances in our bodies need. every food has a different substance. to obtain a substance in the body need then we need to eat a variety of foods that are categorized as four of five perfectly healthy. 1. Staple Food
Serves as a main food source of energy for the body to be able malakukan daily activities. Examples such as rice, corn, oats, potatoes, wheat / wheat flour, and other tubers.

2. Side dishes
Side on food has a function to meet the needs of substance in the body builder. Example of tempeh, tofu, eggs, meat, fish, and others.

3. Vegetables
Vegetables in the diet has a function to meet the needs of regulating substances in the body. Example: Swamp Cabbage, spinach, eggplant, tomatoes, chillies, long beans, cabbage squashed, squash, and so forth.

4. Fruit
Similar to vegetables, fruits in the diet has a function to meet the needs of regulating substances in the body. For example the apples, mangosteen, passion fruit, persimmon, pondoh salak, durian, and so forth.

5. Milk
Milk as a supplement where there is no obligation or necessity to eat or drink us. But there is no harm if we drink milk after eating, because it contains a variety of substances which is useful and good for our bodies.
